Pastoral position with Evangel Baptist Church

Prequisites/Prefered Attributes
>Spiritually matured
>Theologically Trained
>Early 30s or 40s (completed NS, Seminary, and at least 3 years of secular work experience)
>Preferably married
>Able to connect with the younger generation as well as comfortable with ministering to and working older adults.
>Strong pastoral calling
>Willing to be accountable and a team worker

Primary Portfolio - Young People's ministry

>work with ministry team and parents to nuture, guide, counsel and equip young adults and youths in their spiritual being and doing

Secondary Portfolio - Congregational Ministry

>Support the lead pastor in the ministry of the Word, missions and outreach and other pastoral function
